Plasmit makes no express warranties other than those specified above. No warranties by Plasmit shall be implied or otherwise created under the uniform commercial code, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability and any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Plasmit total liability with respect to any goods purchased shall not exceed the amount of the purchase price of the goods in respect to which claim is made, and Plasmit hereby released from any such claim in excess of the purchase price. In no event shall Plasmit be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages.
